Expunge
Leveraging innovative technology to strengthen and streamline the security of our nation’s critical infrastructure
Our mission is to restore, uplift, & create opportunities for citizens within all local communities.
Under a new expungement law that went into effect on December 1, 2017 in North Carolina. We began working this project in hopes to help change the nation. Many citizens need to get back to work especially in cyber security. So with our technology we hope to utilize and increase productivity of citizens and the economy through empathy.
"Individuals running the streets causing destruction are misguided, they need more than just a protest; they need an opportunity and expungements are part of the solution for our nations security."

The Value of a "Expungement"
When a record is expunged, the charge is removed from an individual’s county and state criminal record, helping reduce barriers that may affect employment opportunities. While information may remain on the FBI databases as required by law, our services help remove general publicly accessible records that could negatively impact employment. We support data privacy efforts in accordance with applicable laws, including California’s CCPA.
Customer information collected by Expunge is used solely to complete the required G.S. 15A-149 expungement form and is not sold to third parties.
On June 25, 2020, Governor Cooper signed Senate Bill 562, the “Second Chance Act,” which expanded expungement eligibility for certain nonviolent misdemeanor convictions after seven years.
North Carolina expungements currently take approximately 6–12 months to finalize depending on the county processing time. Expunge’s goal is to leverage technology and support judicial-system improvements that reduce backlogs, promote equal employment opportunities, and make the process more efficient and environmentally friendly.
Our vision is to help reduce processing times to approximately 3–6 months, providing faster relief for individuals and families. We will provide you with a copy of your petition and order if granted.
Sexual and violent crimes are omitted from services.
Who and how many citizens can we immediately impact?
Our commitment to spreading equal opportunities are endless.
For example: State workforce programs similar to NCWorks are dedicated to helping some 2 million+ North Carolina residents with criminal records will be able to get jobs. This number has grown exponential after the riots around the beginning of the COVID pandemic in 2020.
